Thank you for your interest in applying to host a #TURNUPRI Workshop at our next event Wednesday, April 17th at TIMES2 Stem Academy. Please review the career clusters and essential skills requested via surveying our youth. Please make sure to align your profession of expertise to the topics below then hit the submit application to apply at the end of this page.


Please note these are standard workshops allocated in slots of 60 minutes (10 minutes Ice Breaker; 45 minutes Instruction; 5 minutes Post Survey). Both for AM Sessions (11AM -Noon) and PM Sessions (1PM-2PM).

Career Clusters

Career Exploration Discussion and Planning: 

Guiding youth in exploring different career paths, setting career goals, and planning steps to achieve them. Here are the list of Career Clusters of interested voted by students:

  • Administration & Support Services: Focuses on organizational support, including administrative tasks, clerical work, and services like cleaning and security.
  • Hotel & Food: Involves hospitality and food services, including the operation of hotels and restaurants, emphasizing customer service and culinary expertise.
  • Health & Counseling: Covers services related to physical and mental health, including medical care, nursing, therapy, and counseling.
  • Management: Involves overseeing business operations, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team leadership.
  • Real Estate & Rentals: Deals with the buying, selling, leasing, and managing of real estate properties, both residential and commercial.
  • Entrepreneurship: Focuses on creating and managing new businesses, including developing business plans and managing start-ups.
  • Agriculture & Farming: Encompasses crop cultivation and livestock rearing, focusing on food production and agricultural technology.

Now that you have reviewed the materials, to continue please submit your application for consideration. Once you submit, the next steps after our youth steering committee along with some adult advisors will review and if your application is selected you will receive a accepted notice via email.

FYI: We also offer an optional $50 Stipend in the form of a gift card per workshop per adult presenter ages 18+ (MAX 1) and $100 Stipend in the form of a gift card for youth presenters ages 17 and under (MAX 2) at the completion of event. If stipends are not accepted, we put the gift cards into the youth incentive program during the event.
