#TURNUPURI ‘24 SE Announces Keynote Speaker: Shawndell Burney-Speaks to Inspire and Empower Young Leaders
Providence, RI – #TURNUPRI, Rhode Island's premier youth empowerment and leadership summit, is excited to announce Shawndell Burney-Speaks as the keynote speaker for its 2024 Spring Edition on April 17th at TIMES2 STEM Academy, Providence. Burney-Speaks, a native of Providence, is a community leader, certified relationship coach, and relentless advocate for social change.
Her powerful story of personal resilience and dedication to community upliftment is sure to resonate deeply with young attendees. From her groundbreaking work as the first Black female Senior Advisor to the Providence mayor to the creation of Corporate Prayer New England in the wake of personal tragedy, Burney-Speaks embodies the spirit of overcoming adversity to create positive change.
